Banks there is always leakage when an honest to goodness real deal is about to be made. And it would show up in the stock in early trading. But what do we see? Nothing.

Those claiming non-disclosure agreements prevent insider type buying don't live in the real world. The SEC is not going to send an investigator to the Philippines or Asia to see who bought a couple of million shares of some pink sheet penny stock. And everyone knows that.
