I understand your points that you are making and agree that most of what you have to say is valid except for that this is not a scam. The reason why I feel it is not is a scam is because of some of the actions they have taken. If it were a scam why push forward with the EU patent approval? Why hire a firm to find funding? Why contract Biogen Idec to monitor clinical trials? It just doesn't add up.
Obviously they need money to conduct their research and the primary source of funding unfortunately are their stocks. However if you look at how much they are dumping (which isn't even confirmed that they are dumping)the amount of money they are getting from said dumps is minimal. They are not making millions from selling the stocks, they are not even making tens of thousands of dollar on dumps. They are making $5,000* at a time. Not enough to be rolling in the money.
Grant it I understand the frustration for the people who bought at .01+ and those people will probably be walking away with a loss. That is the risk of buying these stocks. However the people who are averaging .0001/2 still have a likelihood of seeing some return. I do not believe .01 is feasible however .001-.003 yes it could happen should the appropriate results occur. For me averaging at .0001 I would take that risk. IMO
