B9- if Liscouski is beating the bushes, it helps to have his company SHOW UP in search. And it really helps in San Antonio-Miami-Kansas City- etc.
I think his deal with the company is quite material, especially if it involves stock awards.
I do get that he is the emissary to the integration opportunity but he has also sketched out a broad approach to state/local govs. Oddly, I don't see a swabb based protocol being effective for in-field use so that initiative is connected to the handheld, which was carpeted over by McGann ( shhh, its a secret from shareholders, but its OK for the competition to already know about it via industry day etc.)
