ERGO said 1Q and March is the end of the 1Q. I actually stated they would not start trading in the 1Q and my opinion of that is they said they are waiting on financials and that could take as long as April the 2Q.
As far as an automatic PPS PFNO spike after ERGO lists that depends on if a deal gets signed first between PFNO and ERGO.
