Too hard to know. Doug stated the injunction could hurt other Stryker product lines beyond kyphoplasty. Strykers competition might pick up potential sales due to Stryker not being able to deliver.

That is the DD that MARA is doing now. They are gathering information from Stryker on sales etc. in order to make an informed decision on what they can/should/will ask for/get in a settlement to lift the injunction.

The number will be small peanuts for Stryker but potentially very nice for MARA
