In general these stocks don't trade with the market, this sector however (MJ sector) has been absolutely horrible for a good 10-11 months now.. The index for the non reporting companies has been much better of late than the index for the reporting ones.

I'm seriously starting to think maybe they should just stop reporting earnings the stock might do better.

Anyway that 8k here filed yesterday was a pretty big let down and I don't blame anyone for throwing in the towel.. considering letting go of some long held positions myself right now, really don't want to but not wiling to watch it all go poof gondi. it's pretty sad, hoped it would have never come to this.

Yeah, OTC garbage has nothing to do with how the DJIA, Nasdaq or S&P is doing.

Really, they are very disconnected.
