On Financials and Form 10. I know its not getting re listed if that doesn't happen. That's right we are waiting on reserve numbers from the engineers.

Any word on that???

I am not convinced that FINRA is a slam dunk

Are there ways around FINRA...like merging with a company that is currently trading or buying them. Might be that we would be considered a white knight for someone failing, but not bk yet.

This is in the event FINRA is a snag.
