I think that 'peace' in East Ukraine is still being hoped for by the market, so RSX & RUSS are lingering in a small trading range.
But at the moment the RSX is maxed out and not breaking resistance.
Just need to keep tight stop-losses set and only buy below certain marks (11's, etc.) & not chase it on gaps upward.
