There is no change to the announced annual report day.
last year they upgraded to "Large accelerated filer" status which means they should have posted their annual report by March 2nd (60 days after the end of fiscal year).
They didn't, and as announced they intend to do so on March 17th which happens to be the 75 day which was the rule for last years filling status but not this new one.
Not the best of starts for Paul Middleton but actually there are a number of things he is having to sort out in the filings. I expect the details to be very complex this report clearing the way for a clean reporting year in 2015.
