Tomorrow is 100 calendar days,with a decision made thurs. Not surprised in the slightest it used every unit of allowable time as it's par for the course on this one. Perhaps it was complex, just can't fathom how a company can protest an award when ONLY ONE BID WAS RECIEVED.
