Banker just like the past she doesn't care. Preferred shareholders own QASP and have for years. They will sell at whatever price will get shares sold. The number of common doesn't matter to them they don't get diluted. It never ends. QASP has always maxed out its A/s and will again. She is diluting at higher levels then any past CEO. I said last spring they max out a/s when it was 2.5 billion. People said no more dilution per CEO. She lied.
