By the time they get to mid-range, they'll need to transition from the Silvermont core to the Goldmont core. They'll also need to beef up the graphics engine a bit. A 720-MP2 is a value-ended graphics core in 2015. Mediatek will soon transition to the MP4, according to roadmaps on the web.
