Yep... long before the SEC charges Tesarski MUST have been aware of all the fraud and did nothing (it was all posted here and we know he was reading this board)... In fact he continued to promote the scams all the way up till the SEC charges. He also continues to sell Treaty stock in the form of "promissory notes" and without the full disclosure that is required by the SEC.
Tesaski is obviously just a new front man for Blackburn and nothing but a puppet CEO...
