Sorry, I misunderstood your comment. I know those guys are reading this thread. It is also safer for me to put it out there as public record that I was meeting them at a place and time in public and thirdly I have had trouble getting through on thier phone line.
The reason there are so many pi's there is that a guy goes there on vacation, thinks he fell in love but needs to double check on the girl. So for a few bucks he has her followed around, pictures taken, many times they have husbands, kids, you name it......
So there is a whole cottage industry of these guys that go out and get you the truth. These are not typical pi's, they are guys used to working the streets, asking questions, etc.....
And no, I didn't need one for my girl as we lived together in Bangkok. So there was no time separation.
Questions I would ask the pi is how many employees, what time do they show up at work,,mn is and his friends opinions if the products would work in Thailand, their night life habits, etc......
