I'm following it very little as of late- management appears to be doing a little shareholder flush out.

by taking the company to a non-public status without IR or anything to my knowledge.

I think the only way to reach them is if you have a management contact which I don't have- a friend of mine talked to them occasionally and still believes in this company but I haven't followed it much- maybe they fade away...maybe they resurface and bring filings current...maybe the are looking to re-launch the company in another way or go private...its a crapshoot- it could become a good value at these levels if they do resurface..

I would inquire with Redchip IR- who is no longer contracted as far as I know and ask them if anyone retains any communications with the company.
