Loyal: James was to be Vega's joint venture partner in building a plant in SC. Vega's part was $2M. MM had orders to fill and was able to cut a deal with Gaspard to produce the orders for Vega. This way, Vega didn't have to spend $2M and they start shipping much faster. Seems brilliant to me. Producing and shipping is a lot easier than raising $2M.
