Concrete and steel are just concrete and steel.

Actually, the structure, being basically a large cylinder is not only relatively easy to build but stable but sturdy as well.

Pumping the concrete to the top of the tower is probably the most difficult part. However, if they built the Burj Khalifa using concrete then it can be done again.
