(BZTG) Understanding that pink sheets is a private electronic board. That there really isn't any "proper authority". That's not the way this private board works. BZTG/HEFFX is the current legal name regardless of what is shown on the electronic board. Realize this is a private board. Not specifically regulated by the SEC or any other public board rules and regulations.

As big a deal as is being made about this being HEFFX and no longer BZTG, one would think a name change would have been submitted to Finra so the stock would reflect the new name. I'm guessing it was and for some reason Finra denied the corporate action request. Either that or because this company changes it name so often, whoever is currently in charge isn't going to bother with it. I doubt it would make a difference if it did change, hardly anyone even knows this company exists.

I see it a lot as Heffernan holdings. Schwab for example.
