Bologna. Even Interactive Brokers can short "fully paid for" pink sheet securities. But, keep shorting away, you will get so deep in the hole. Cheers

No big deal Patrick, everyone should have an offer much higher up, they should do this just a second level of security so their shares can't be lent out!
