Okay- So, 23 OS and 20.3 on the float, which suggests that nearly half the float has already been traded for today. And, most of those were buys in the premarket and first few minutes of trading.

This seems as if someone knows something and did not want to risk missing out.

I don't know. My gut tells me that something good is bound to happen here.
