If investors really thought this company was a great opportunity it wouldn't be trading at 3 cents and under. We've been hearing great things for over a year and the stock is actually down precipitously from last year alone. Still no audits and if that doesn't matter and if so many other penny stocks don't do audits then why promise them over and over and not deliver. The other red flag is where's the TA? No numbers since mid Dec. What's up with that? If this company wants respect it has to deliver on promises. Like I said last night David Foley (who's really running the NTEK show) will be in jail way before we ever see audited financials in this stock. I'm sure the damage control posts have already been made up and ready.
