Hey Tomato I was concerned about the heavy rainfall too especially now that we are in the construction phase. In the MF scope of project it states that the area is south of Tropic of Cancer, therefore in the tropics, and average annual rainfall is about 1,750MM or close to 52 inches. Compared to Portland Oregon, considered to be a swamp for us So California residents, which gets about 40 inches.
