IMO News comes after March 12th......

Another point. Chinese New Year Holiday will run from the 19th 0f FEB until about 6th March, or the end of this week. So it would not surprise me if little of nothing happens until next week at least. Of course I was wrong once, back in the thirties or forties I think it was!!
