I'm assuming MD acquisition closed either Friday or Saturday. Wouldn't that mean SLTDD needs to file an 8K announcing the acquisition by Wednesday? (I.e., 3 business days after the event)
Of course, if NASDAQ approves our uplisting application upon five days at the elevated share price, Wednesday could be our first day on NASDAQ. Five days would be Feb. 25, 26, 27, Mar. 2, 3.
