Shorts covering will bring the PPS up Pre Vote.......... And anyone truly long will ride this out past the split...

As I intend to do......

If you are truly long and looking to hold beyond a few months, it shouldn't matter.

This is timed well...earnings report (which is likely to be spectacular) is due by 3/31. I think any turbulence from the vote will come and go and, as earnings approach, this will continue to take off. Just my optimistic hunch.

I am not worried about the split at all. And usually I am running for the hills when I hear the words R/S.

I am not expecting a big pop either this week. Unless some big news hits. Some are expecting that. So we will see.

IMO the A/S increase will not get voted in. Management has not been pushing this proposal in private (with those that have called in to discus the vote with management). They have been pushing the R/S proposal and it seems like they are very concerned they may not even get enough votes for this to pass. IMO this is why they have been so responsive to shareholders (responding to emails and phone calls). If the R/S is passed and the A/S is not, then we may potentially get several more weeks/months of the A/S maxed out and no dilution (before the R/S is implemented). If we get a positive ER before the R/S and the A/S did not get voted in then we will see fireworks... and everyone calling dollars will not look as foolish.
