Due to the stable price prior to RS and the RS itself I think we meet the PPS criteria to up-list now. Someone correct me if I am incorrect.

I think the lawyers may get the exchange to allow the interpretation to include time before last weeks's split, but at the level that would be over $4 when you multiply it by 26.
