I agree. And i was kidding about the pump n dump comment. On investorsguid it says 20% inst. holding and only 17 mil float or something crazy small. I'm gonna email them later to see what numbers are correct on the float and inst holdings. And it shouldn't be long til they file something. The fact that they had no problem paying the sec sanction tells me it's not as bad as it looks at .0001
