I don't believe that. No reason to offer anyone buy out positions here. If new players came in the company would need to pay any outstanding SEC fines. Deal with the illegal stock sold ( by prime time) and the regular massive float. AND! still be on the gray market.
A R/S would be for sure wiping out all old share holders anyway
