I have mentioned the counter suit in past posts. You should have better reading comprehension. I agree will be interesting since Toby is claiming damages which will have to be proven at Trial. (Unless parties settle) how can there be damages from loss of dethrone licence? Toby already had throwdown contract in place before dethrone terminated contract. Where are the damages? Going to be interesting to see how this unfolds? How does Toby explain huge salaries? He will have to now in court!!! Brilliant legal strategy!!!

nUT, I am a lot more concerned about the notes coming due in March/April.

We know that they have yet paid off any of the notes. They have let all of them convert.

It appears if these coming up are allowed to convert, it will mean curtains for the stock and company!!!!
