According to Viridian Capital Partners firm, you're not alone in that assessment. That's the consensus of the majority of the BIG $$$. Just my .02 but I think with the bills in Congress coming up for vote this month, that's a major factor for stagnation right now. There are others in the sector that are seeing nice gains but it's not like the last 3 rushes
