I would think as long as you sold after the date. Bc every share is a vote. If you sold before then I think your vote would not count bc the other holder would have the vote. Not sure on this but just my opinion.

Yeah, the vote belongs to the shareholder of record prior to jan 26. Even if they sold and no longer even hold a single share in ECIG. I confirmed this with Phil when I talked to him last week...he did not appear concerned by this.
