Include $120 MILLION in Registered Capital from 5 other Subsidiaries gives CSNG a $2.90 valuation.
Now consider the Share Structure which has been confirmed by the company at 50m A/S and 44.6m O/S with a crazy ass FLOAT of 5.6m, CSNG can easily see $0.50+ pps.
No Dilution, No Toxicity and Loan Extensions from Major Banks says it All.
Insiders Hold Majority of O/S.
1,000,000 Drinks can generate approximately $600,000-$4.5 million in Revs, it's China you can sell a Million cans on a damn street corner, I would say expect 10 million to 20 million per year.
