Well yes, AlarmForce maybe well funded, but they are on the weak side of the equation; they don't have the patent for the product in question. Yes, money does matter, but all REVO needs to do is get a product on the street. This will blow infringers and potential infringers out of the water; hey have the patents. Even though REVO doesn't have a functioning product on the market, they still are in a strong position to prevail regarding their court cases. I still don't understand why they didn't get something to market (e.g., a test market, something tangible). I know you don't necessarily need to have a physical device in hand when dealing with a matter such as this, but it would surely help. Do to personal experience with the invention of a product, the imperative was to get the product developed and on street ASAP. This action was advised, first thing, by my patent attorney. He said ok, you have a patent(i.e., patent pending submitted), but you must get your product developed and to market ASAP. Of course this advise was given in order the get out in front of infringers and knock-off artist. If REVO had done this, we would not be talking about a lot of this stuff.
