Billy will have to find another shell to reverse merger into and start the whole share selling scheme all over again. It will be magnificent. Lot's of preferred shares with 5 billion to one voting rights, with a flurry of fluffy PRs to sell into. Maybe he'll be able to buy that condo in Miami he's been looking at, or that chalet in Aspen.
