That's assuming that the supply to the light pole is large enough to support the larger transformer(s). That's assuming that one or two transformers will get the job done. That's assuming the city would be okay to open that area up to more individuals wanting more power. That's assuming the supply was built to anticipate growth like that in an agricultural zone.

Cities and counties have zones for a reason and one of the reasons is available resources.

Again we have discussed this before. As people stated before, you would need a substation to provide industrial voltages.
