If they had, they would realize they contradicted themselves. Dimension's patent is alive and well with the 5 key claims intact and protected by the patent office. Dimension's other patents are unaffected by any tmm actions. And yes, tmm TOTALLY WASTED hundreds of thousands of investor dollars on this FAILED attempt!
