It's the same exaggeration that Wilf used when he exaggerated what was said about debt and finances on the radio show. Pretend the person said something he did NOT say (Like London will get 100%. Nope. Didn't see that one) to try to disparage their comments by linking them to some nonsensical statement by someone else. Same tactic ...
