Sounds interesting, only problem is that has to do with a project that can take several years to come to life or it might never come to life at all. The project requires several millions in funding, employees, land, building, permits, etc etc. This needs real subtance and something immediate for it to move to a penny, the support seems good so far but the selling also has to stop for a penny to be reached here otherwise it'll be swinging between .003's to .005's for a long time imo.
