It seems those shares are registered, so the poor chap will have to sell them back to the company or find a brokerage house to take them and "un-register" them. Not such an easy task with scam penny stocks. You may have to wait for other long term shareholders to abandon ship. fsnr people are very stubborn so it will take one intelligent sole to lead the way and bury this this POS!
