If you are open to it, it has some critical information on overcoming the physical limitations you are alluding.
And again, the information on how to get water to the top of the tower is even there. The concepts are the same, the imagination it takes to make it happen has already been demonstrated but I'm getting the feeling you already know that and have another purpose to make your counterpoints. That's okay too, I guess, if you're into that.
