Anyone watching the realtime trading this morning would have seen the drop from .013 to .012 and anticipated a further drop to the .011 mark based on the current quote sizes at the time.
No L2 needed.
Bid sit at .0009, maybe they will hit sometime in the future. Me, I'd prefer to have the money I didn't spend on a L2 that didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.
