CJMLizzard- Open my post#13957 and take a look at the chart. All prior rallies failed and it looks just like a downward staircase.Don't see anything in the technicals to get excited about now. For that matter, I'm not willing to bet on any piece of news near term to reverse this damaged trend.
As respects Zack's target/rating enigma, could be their target price increase was pushed out to a longer period of time; thus a HOLD at the moment.
I'll add to my piddly position when the chart looks better and the indicators shape up.
I was lucky in late November having sold the lions share of it in the very low .60's Got suspicious when it broke 2 levels of support in the $.40's on the way down; but I held .
I do believe they'll prove out to be a fine investment, but it may take a long time.
