How is it a spin?

We all know that $MSLP is growing/expanding which is expensive. Where does that money come from?

Well part of it comes from operations as we know they are going to show their first profit for FY2014. But it's little as in a few million, so where else do they get money? They could dilute but they are not doing that.

So - they get 4 million loan from a bank at 5.25% - BINGO. This is how you grow and not piss off shareholders.
