Why do you suppose AP lied in his PR?

The company will file a Form 10 by the end of the first quarter of 2015 and continue to have the DTCC chill removed.

What on earth makes you think that this company is supposed to file according to the SEC filing calendar? I'm pretty sure they would have to be an SEC filer for that to make any sense. Will they be filing a 10-K?

The fact that their filing obligations to OTCMarkets for the year ended 12/31/14 mesh with those of actual SEC filers is just a coincidence.

You should be looking to the OTCMarkets regulations for THEIR filing calendar.
