Over a decade ago a Japanese firm built a very small plant to test the technology. Bluefire was never there, never visited the plant and only got hearsay.
that does not constitute running a plant.
Project was abandoned. That's the mystery...
So as I said earlier, with additional clarifications:
Bluefire has never built a plant or operated one. They do have extensive experience operating printing presses though... They can crank out 20 million shares before you can say "stop loss!".
