Your also forgetting the 600k loss on discountinued operations they took this past year (I believe in q2), that needs to be added back as well in my opinion. Hence I feel earnings were more like $2.36 if we made the adjustments, and it wasn't perfect either as they had some storm this last year that hit them as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see $2.50-$3.00 this year (adjusted) (Pop a 7-8 PE on it and we get FV in my opinion). Time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
NSEC...selling some in the 16's here. Nice move. Long run it's probably a good bet, but I think NSEC will have a tought March quarter given the abberantly harsh winter weather (bunch of snow and ice storms) in some of the states they cover (where winter is usually modest).
