Yes, and you see the date on that article? December 16, 2014. Old news!

The SC 13G/A filing just recently came out, but they were out before that
article even came out. The contract was voided like it never existed...
So why did the share price continue to fall? Obviously it wasn't Ironridge!

Oh, and where is the $25m that NEWL said they were going to get from Ironridge?

NEWL weasled out of a contract, you think they should have been rewarded?
