I have to agree with you, other than maybe they believe they have played out this Srsr story and would rather release the resource estimate under a fresh new company (Nio Star). Without having new investors looking atthe past and all the old failures. But I agree with you 100% if they just release Ni report ( no resource ) , uplist and then do nothing after that. Although I do think this structure does not benefit us current shareholders as much as releasing an NI report with a resource estimate now.

If you believe what you post, sell everything you own, wait for the uplist and "dilution," then buy back in right before the PEA is completed.
