Part of that is the Northern Cultivation Area (by the large white oil storage tanks). The perimeter will be growing areas, too. This is all product for sale, which aren't calculated in RD's Megafarm sticky at the top of website.

For a reference on the Megafarm's size, it's 3,697 Mu (Chinese acres), which is the equivalent of 2.47 sq. kilometers or basically one square mile. That's larger than Monaco, the second smallest country in the world.
