Our CEO had a Non compete agreement etc from when he left Molycorp I am just assuming and it probably had expired recently, Scandium and Ti were clearly present in the previous drilling, that is in our recent news release

The recent focus on share value comes on the heels of new information released this month. The company recently concluded phase 3 of its 3 phase drilling program. It has released the drilling results and accompanying metallurgy. These results indicate a richer niobium ore body as well as significant scandium and titanium.

I have been here several years. The other rare earths were known to be at elk creek, but it was not known whether they would be recoverable during the mining and processing of the niobium. Indeed they are with minimal additional cost.

As stated in the most recent PR, niobium remains the primary focus.

An updated NI 43-101 should be coming out soon with all the latest information. There is a lot of DD with contributions from many board participants if you dig back. Management has also been quite approachable.

GLTY in whatever you decide regarding taking a position here. IMO it is a good company with an excellent project at elk creek and a superb management team.
